Stepping Out.
Feeling stressed? A loss of energy? We all know the toll the daily grind can take. So it’s natural to just want to take a break.
Taking a break.
Though if you “dare” to take a break, our subconscious whispers to us about guilt and being “not productive”, and accusations of laziness.
But if we go on and on and on without taking a break, the gears in our very own system become worn down, until finally, something within us breaks and nothing will work for a while. Our system breaks to take a break, if you will.
Letting go.
Most of us wish to just stop, breathe and enjoy a moment of peace. That will only work, though, once we learn to leave the stress behind and are able to be in the moment. On the other hand, the thought of the next challenge is already nagging at us, or past challenges are still present in the back of our mind.
All this we need to let go.
Only in Germany.
Since I live and work in northern Germany, what I offer should only be of interest to Germans. If you disagree and want to learn more about my work besides my painting and art, you’re welcome to contact me via biodynamic.arts@gmail.com! This applies of course aswell if you live in Germany near me and would like to book a session in English.
Here’re the basics though:
I practice biodynamic Cranio-Sacral Accompaniement, a form of wellness with origins in Ostheopathy. I aim to combine this line of work with my art and want to incorporate also things like meditation and Qi-Gong.
If you’re reading this, thank you for your interest and I look forward to maybe hearing from you!
